What does this mean for you?

Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 7-14 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

You will receive a shipping confirmation, once you receive the shipping confirmation, that's when the process time will start.

Q. How long does shipping take.

Normal Shipping takes 5-7 BUSINESS days. (COVID can take up 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS, depending on USPS in your local area )

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
Every purchase is a final sale.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at info@shonsimon.com, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products. 

We do not accept any open products for unsanitary reasons.

Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Q. I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
We are sorry to inform, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted

Q. What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped USPS and FedEx.

Q. What happens when my order is returned to sender? 

Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to reship, you must purchase a reship fee. If you’d rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.

Q. I received my tracking number but it's not showing as shipped?
We pre-pay for the shipping labels, once you receive your tracking please allow up to 5 to 14 business days to show up in USPS or FEDEX system. During COVID, USPS is really slow but we are trying to our best to make sure everyone gets their package in a timely manner.
